Chinnor Players would like the support of local businesses and believe it should be a two way offer.  We need financial support and therefore are offering advertising slots in our Programmes and on our web site at www.chinnorplayers.co.uk.

We will reproduce your advert similar to that in the Chinnor Pump, or other local paper, in our Programme for each show during the week.  Plays normally run from Wednesday to Saturday inclusive and the annual pantomime runs from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive with three shows on the Saturday.

In addition we will add your full details to our list of sponsors on our web site and those details will stay live until our next production.  At this point you can choose whether to stay a sponsor or to drop out.  If you renew, you will appear again in the next Programme for all of the shows during the week and your details will stay on our web site until the next production and so on.

We are asking for only £15 from each business for each production sponsored and don't forget you can claim tax relief on the contribution.  Chinnor Players have a total of three productions each year so ongoing sponsorship would only cost £45 per year and we are sure that each sponsoring business would be repaid in full from the new custom they gain.  Locals recognise community sponsors as worthy businesses.

The money raised by Chinnor Players not only goes towards the obvious overheads of the production like hiring the village hall, costumes, lighting equipment, etc. but also on community projects like the Chinnor Youth Group and the Junior Group where the younger members in the area learn all about drama.  It costs money to hire rooms and to help the youngsters blossom to a point where they can put on their own productions.  The benefits for the youth of Chinnor are immeasurable.  Not only does Chinnor Players give them somewhere interesting to spend an evening each week but teaches them confidence and communication skills.
